Jaro has been my personal trainer for about 4 years now – he approached me when I was at the gym trying to do some physio exercises that I had been given for a shoulder problem to compliment on how well I was doing and then point out other things I was doing were counter productive. He revulotionised the way I train using very focused exercises concentrating on keeping the correct form and posture which was then commented on by my physio as she saw marked improvements. I have also completed a 10 step Rolfing program with him which identified other areas I needed to work on and techniques to do so – which lead to improved posture and weight loss. He is also an accomplished masseur and on a couple of occasion where a PT session has not been going so well due to other aches or headaches has manipulated the problem area in question and helped alleviate he problem no end.

I also experience further issues following a knee operation which he has helped me with enormously.

Jaro is amazing at what he does and really listens to what you are trying to achieve and helps you get there – he knows when to push you – if you can still talk you’re not working hard enough – a lesson I seem unable to learn! and also when to hold back if you are genuinely having a rough day.

I would not hesitate to recommend him
