Jaro has been my personal trainer for three years. As someone who has struggled with a bad back for many years, Jaro’s approach to working hard on my core stability has massively improved my mobility and led to far fewer episodes of back pain and means I can participate in sports (e.g. golf) without fear. As well, my overall fitness level has improved significantly. Jaro is very well skilled in understanding the musculoskeletal system and able to identify and remedy aches and pains and areas where I lack adequate flexibility. He is very professional and I would very highly recommend him.
